Booking With Us Is Simple
Fill Out Our Online Form
1. Start by completing our simple form. We’ll give you a call to discuss your needs and create a tailored package just for you. Then you’ll receive a quote and our terms and conditions ready for you to review.
Confirm Your Booking
2. Once you’re happy with the package, we’ll schedule a day and time that works for you. You’ll receive a reminder a few days before your clean.
Enjoy A Sparkling Home
3. On the day, your cleaner will arrive as scheduled - either knocking or letting themselves in with a key if that’s more convenient. They’ll confirm your cleaning priorities and get to work, so you can focus on your busy day!
After Care
4. We’ll send you an invoice to be paid online once the clean has taken place. We’ll also ask for feedback, to ensure you are 100% happy with the service we provide.
FAQS
What service will I need?
All of our services are tailored to your needs. We recommend to start with a full house deep clean, this enables us to maintain our high standards. We can then do a partial house clean or a full house clean on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis. We will work with you to create a plan that suits your needs and budget.
What happens after my enquiry?
We will have a phone call or arrange a home visit to fully understand your priorities. After establishing a bespoke plan that suits you, we will book in for your first clean and message you a reminder a few days before.
Who will be my cleaner?
We love our staff to build report and trust with our customers, therefore, you will have your designated cleaner with each visit. If ever they are on holiday, a member of management will accompany another friendly, fully trained, insured and DBS checked staff member.
What cleaning products and equipment will be used?
All products and equipment are provided by us on every clean, we use PAC tested equipment which is cleaned after each use, colour coded cloths for each task to avoid any cross contamination, and environmentally friendly products to protect you, your family and our staff.
What happens if I’m not home?
We are always happy to work around you if you are home, all we ask is that you and your family are out of the room we are cleaning to make it easier for our staff to do a thorough job. If you plan on being out, a key safe on your home is the best option, or we can take your key away with us. We’ll just need you to sign a key release form.
Im unhappy with my clean, what now?
We always strive for the highest standards, however, we understand cleaning a home is very personal and there may be something you’d like done differently. Please let us know within 24 hours and we can rectify the issue.
How do I pay?
For regular cleans, an invoice will be sent to you after every clean. We ask that this is paid via bank transfer within 24 hours. Payments for other services will be discussed upon booking.
